Daisy is an intuitive, contemporary, modern Aboriginal artist and proud descendant of the Muruwari people. She describes her painting process as deeply spiritual and meditative. Her work is deeply rooted in a connection to the Motherland - the trees, water, sand, sun, earth and animals. Daisy's artworks are inspired and influenced by her experiences growing up on Bundjalung/Yugambeh Country —"I paint to convey the beauty I see in all things and express my gratitude and to acknowledge the Country I am walking, living and breathing", says Daisy.
