Our Story
Heike & Elke, the mother daughter duo behind Scrub Turkey have been working together since Elke could talk.
When Elke was just 5 years of age she had all of the marketing ideas to encourage school children into Heike's school uniform store (the best selling idea included handing out free balloons).
Re-wind to 2020 —
Heike owns and manages the successful online healthcare uniform store, Healthcare Uniforms Australia. Elke is designing textiles, brands, illustrating children's books and creating anything she can get her hands on.
In the year that the world turned upside down, it just seemed natural to bring their love for design and knowledge of the healthcare industry together to create something bright and colourful for our healthcare heroes. Because work doesn't have to be boring! And all scrubs don't have to be the same!
Inspired by Aussie flora and fauna , Scrub Turkey is on a mission to make #funscrubfridays as bright and colourful as possible, bringing joy to healthcare heroes and their patients. Because work doesn't have to be boring! And all scrubs don't have to be the same!
